Course-specific terms
Before you pay for a course, we confirm in writing the fee, the schedule and the refund conditions that apply to that batch, including any period within which a refund can be requested. Those written terms take precedence over this general page.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address you enrolled with.
- Include your name, the course and batch, and the reason for the request.
- We will acknowledge your request and confirm the outcome under your enrolment terms.
Processing
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method. The time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
